Book Your Intake & Root Cause Assessment

If you’re ready to work with one of our Integrative Health Practitioners, start by booking a LIVE Intake & Root Cause Assessment. During this initial appointment, we’ll take a deep look at your symptoms, health history, and goals to begin identifying the root causes behind your health challenges.

During this session, we review your symptoms, health history, timeline of events, nutrition and lifestyle habits, and health goals. From there, we perform a clinical root-cause assessment to begin connecting the dots between your symptoms, physiology, and history so we can move forward strategically.

You’ll receive:

  • A personal root-cause assessment of the systems most likely contributing to your symptoms
  • Insight into key physiological patterns (gut health, hormones, adrenals, thyroid, immune function, detox pathways, metabolism)
  • Recommended functional lab testing when appropriate
  • Clear next steps for moving forward

This session creates the foundation for your personalized care plan.

Clients who complete an Intake Assessment receive a $100 credit toward their Lab Review, where we analyze results in depth and develop your personalized protocol.

The Intake Assessment is a 45-minute virtual session and is $190.

Payment is due at the time of booking. You may reschedule or request a refund up to 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

If you already have labs and need interpretation, simply select “Lab Review” when booking instead of the Intake Assessment.
